CAIR project

Co-creating community initiatives to improve public health

CAIR (/ kɛr /) aims to drive changes in the healthcare system through the co-creation of community-based actions, in the Carrús neighborhood and its surroundings (Elche). We believe that addressing psychological well-being, cardiovascular health, and antibiotic resistance from the community can ease the burden on primary care services, reduce medicalization, and enhance health equity.

Co-creation: the project’s cornerstone

In the context of CAIR project, co-creation is a collaborative process that brings together different groups of people to design, implement and evaluate actions to improve the health of the population.
