Last Friday, we had the opportunity to introduce CAIR to all the stakeholders involved in Elche’s Intersectoral Health Board.

During the session, they discussed several initiatives to improve people’s health in Elche and how, from a cross-cutting perspective, the collaboration of all social stakeholders is essential.

This collaborative space, led by the local Department of Health and supported by the Department of Social Action, brings together the administration and various groups and initiatives around the same table to develop a Local Health Plan for health promotion and prevention.

Due to the interdisciplinary nature of CAIR, it was a great opportunity not only to forge alliances but also to showcase the benefits the project can bring in order to improving health and relieving the burden on primary care.
